On October 1, 2010, NIH announced that an updated version of the current application form set would be substituted for all F, K, T and D submissions.  The new form set will be identified as ADOBE-FORMS-B1 and is mandatory for new, renewal, or resubmission submissions with due dates on or after January 25, 2011, for: [...]

This new form corrects for past problems and modifies existing fields to collect more appropriate data.  A list of the changes users will find with the Adobe B forms can be found on the SPA website.
